Alliant National Title Insurance Co. was certified by Great Place to Work for the sixth year in a row. The award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Alliant National. This year, 96 percent of employees said that when you join the company, you are made to feel welcome.
“From the inception of our company, we’ve focused on building a culture at Alliant National anchored by our core value of caring — caring about our agents, our communities, and each other,” Alliant National President and CEO David Sinclair said in a release. “To receive this certification six years in a row is a gratifying and humbling testament to those collective efforts.”
Great Place to Work calls itself the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.
“Great Place to Work certification isn’t something that comes easily – it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,” Great Place to Work Vice President of Global Recognition Sarah Lewis-Kulin said in a release. “It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that Alliant National is one of the best companies to work for in the country.”
