ChainLogix Mortgage Solutions recently announced that Tim Moreland is its new senior vice president of operations and strategic business development, and Jane Jaeger is joining the company as vice president, property tax intelligence and special projects group.
Moreland will focus on meeting the company’s strategic objectives for ChainLogix’s mortgage business.
“Tim’s deep expertise in title and settlement services and his extensive business network will be invaluable as we evolve our business,” ChainLogix Chief Operating Officer Vijay Sai said in a release.
“We look forward to the addition of Tim to the team,” ChainLogix Principal Khelef Mahfudh added. “He has been a witness to the changes in our industry over several business cycles and will help us prosper in the complex years ahead.”
Moreland has over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, including as senior vice president, global operations at Sourcepoint Mortgage. Over his career, he has developed core business strategies and effective leadership with an important emphasis on mentoring, according to the company. ChainLogix expects Moreland’s broad knowledge of the industry will allow him to facilitate new business acquisitions.
“ChainLogix’s focus on quality and customer service is an essential component of success in title and settlement as well as loan processing services,” Moreland said. “It’s an exciting time for growth in this industry.”
Jaeger will focus on developing new solutions for tax servicing, expanding the company’s automated product offerings, and leading employee training and development for those services.
“Jane’s experience, particularly in tax servicing, will add value and enhance our servicing portfolio,” Sai said. “Her ability to build, assemble, and deliver tax services will be a substantial contribution to the already wide array of mortgage and title products available to our clients.”
Jaeger has over 30 years of experience in operations, concept workflow development and documentation as well as implementation. She has overseen go-to-market delivery of property tax intelligence and tax-servicing products for mortgage and lending institutions and has served as a subject matter expert responsible for overseeing daily operations, measuring key performance indicators, and driving product development. She also has trained and assisted marketing and sales teams.
“Jane will be a key component in expanding our service offerings,” Mahfudh said. “Her experience in operations and design, including the implementation of residential and commercial tax servicing systems, makes her uniquely qualified to lead the development of our new products.”
“At ChainLogix, I will be able to leverage my experience and be a strong mentor and leader to our team,” Jaeger said. “I am excited for the opportunity to develop new product offerings and to provide our clients with the best possible customer experience. ChainLogix is the perfect fit for me.”
