Title Alliance, Ltd., recently announced the opening of several new locations in the Southwest and Northwest.
Title Alliance Advantage, a partnership with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, is the company’s second joint venture in New Mexico. The new location joins Title Alliance of New Mexico in serving the state.
“Title Alliance recently celebrated our five-year anniversary of arriving in the Southwest, and our team in New Mexico exemplifies the service and integrity our customers enjoy when trusting us with their real estate transactions,” Title Alliance CEO Jim Campbell said in a release. “We are thrilled to announce a continuation of our strong track record in this amazing area of the country and are charting the course for a bright future in New Mexico, Arizona and the region as a whole.”
The company marked its ninth location in Arizona with Title Alliance of Gilbert, a joint venture with Keller Williams Realty-Gilbert. The opening of Title Alliance of America in Mesa, Ariz., marked the company’s 10th joint venture in the state.
“Arriving in the Southwest was a true leap of faith for our company, and the opening of the Gilbert and Mesa offices in the family-friendly East Valley is exciting for all of us,” Campbell said. “Ensuring our customers have the best closing and escrow services is Priority No. 1 for us. Title Alliance also recently opened Title Alliance Northwest, a partnership with Keller Williams Puyallup in Washington. It is the company’s second location in the state. The first Washington location, Title Alliance Puget Sound, serves the Seattle area.
“With its bustling real estate market, the Tacoma area is ripe for further growth and development. We are thrilled to expand our commitment to Washington’s real estate community with the opening of our second location,” Campbell said.
Title Alliance operates in 60 offices across 11 states.
