SoftPro announced a new integration for agents of Title Resources Guaranty Co. with the SoftPro 360 business exchange platform. Users who are agents of Title Resources will benefit from the integration of their SoftPro software into their business exchange platform to complete Title Resources closing documents.
SoftPro customers who are Title Resources agents now have the ability to generate closing protection letters (CPL), good-standing letters and policy jackets from Title Resources directly from their SoftPro title production software. The integration between SoftPro and Title Resources’ proprietary system eliminates the agents’ need to leave their production software by automatically transferring information.
“The partnership between SoftPro and Title Resources provides a huge productivity boost for our customers who are also agents of Title Resources,” said Patrick Hempen, SoftPro senior vice president of sales and marketing, in a release. “The time-savings and elimination of re-keying data completely streamlines their CPL and policy jacket production.”
“The SoftPro 360 business exchange platform will expedite the process of generating insured closing letters and policies for our title agents,” Title Resources Guaranty Co. President and CEO Scott McCall said. “With the added requirements for title agents today, this integration is a step in the right direction toward facilitating a more efficient workflow process for our title agents.”
The SoftPro 360 business exchange platform allows SoftPro users to order services from third-party vendors without leaving their SoftPro workspace and should eliminate their need for paper order forms, dual entry, faxes, e-mails and phone calls.
