Ubitquity Inc. announced the launch of NEURA, a suite of digital artificial intelligence (AI) twins designed to assist humans in the roles of title, escrow, and mortgage agents. Developed entirely in-house, NEURA replaces the need for third-party vendors and its leaders say it’s expected to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of real estate transactions.
NEURA is built for scalability and handles repetitive, time-consuming tasks, allowing human agents to focus on providing client service and building relationships. The platform also features advanced large language model (LLM) training, ensuring the AI models continuously learn and adapt.
Ubitquity also announced the upcoming fourth-quarter launch of CipherBPA+ AI. Currently in testing, this new platform is powered by Google Gemini 2.5 Pro (with other LLM integrations coming soon) and integrates with Google Workspace email and a RESTful API to handle the lifecycle of title policies and other documents.
These records are securely encrypted and integrated into the NFTitle Network, where they are then minted as NFTs (non-fungible tokens). The data is stored on InterPlanetary File System (IPFS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and a cryptographic hash is recorded on a blockchain.
“We are excited to bring this unprecedented level of automation and security to the real estate industry,” Ubitquity founder and CEO Nathan Wosnack said in a release.
“With NEURA and CipherBPA+ AI, we are not just streamlining processes; we are setting a new standard for how real estate professionals work, ensuring unparalleled security, transparency, and efficiency in every transaction,” Wosnack added.
