The big themes of 2011 included anxiety about the economy, the importance of marketing, the concern (or lack thereof) of private transfer fees, the doubts about the combination of the Good Faith Estimate and Truth in Lending disclosure documents and more.
What will be the big themes this year? Well, that’s up to you.
The 2012 Voice of the Title Agent survey is officially out. We are asking all of our title agent audience — the big, the small, the independent, the direct — to take five to 10 minutes and answer a few questions about business operations and industry concerns and opportunities. The questions are multiple choice, but you can provide additional commentary wherever you’d like. This is your industry, and we want to hear your thoughts.
And as an added ‘thank you’ for participating in the survey, you will be included in a drawing to win a FREE subscription to The Title Report.
Some of the topics included in this year’s survey are:
- Escrow security;
- Industry standards;
- Underwriter preferences;
- Consumer marketing;
- Market outlook;
- And more.
Once all of the results are tallied, we will report the results in an upcoming special edition of The Title Report in April that is free for subscribers.
