Nations Title Agency continued its national expansion initiative by opening a new office in the state of Wisconsin. The company said this new location will allow its clients to receive the high level of quality and service they are accustomed to by providing local expertise with national experience.
The Wisconsin office will be operating under the umbrella of the Nations Title Agency of Minnesota, whose clients were the ones that suggested Nations open a branch in Wisconsin. This location is expected to initially conduct more than 100 closings a month. The staff at this location will be led by Blaine Sigafoose.
Sigafoose brings a decade of experience in the industry, including running his own mobile notary closing service, working as a branch manager for a title agency, and managing that company’s HUD contracts with the state of Wisconsin.
Nations Title Agency says it is on a quest to assist financial institutions, Realtors, builders, credit unions and attorneys with quality title, escrow and appraisal services on a local and regional basis and has been growing across the country since its founding in 1989.
“Our clients have come to expect a certain level of service and experience that they are not finding with other title companies,” said Clyde Wagner, regional president for Nations Title Agency. “When they could not find that in Wisconsin, we stepped in to help them like a great partner should.”
