Recently, Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. announced
a new director of lender services for its organization, but that was only part of the story.
Cristy Ward was also announced as the director of lender services for Mother Lode Holding Company. Mother Lode Holding is the parent company of several title companies, including National Closing Solutions (NCS), Placer Title Company, Premier Reverse Closings, Wyoming Title and Escrow, Montana Title and Escrow, North Idaho Title, and NCS Exchange Professionals.
This move is part of a collaborative effort between Mother Lode Holding, Westcor and its independent agents across the country. Mother Lode Holdings said it will offer “an enhanced platform that brings the strength of a national underwriter combined with the multiple service options of local, regional and national agents.”
All service options will be managed with full compliance and risk oversight delivered through one technology platform with full transparency throughout the life of the loan.
