During its recent annual convention, the Wisconsin Land Title Association (WLTA) presented awards to staff members of Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc.
Tom Cullen, ATG’s vice president - Wisconsin operations and WLTA past president, was honored with the 2018 Michael F. Wille Leadership Award, the association's top honor given to individuals who are valued by WLTA as members who behave professionally, are examples of integrity, fairness, and honesty, and who share their knowledge, experience, and counsel with other members.
Kate Marlin, ATG’s underwriting and title operations counsel, and a WLTA board member, received the 2018 Committee Chair of the Year Award for her service on the Education and Convention Committees. This award is given to the person who is considered the most involved with committee work during the past year.
“ATG has a long history of involvement and leadership in industry and bar associations,” ATG President and CEO Peter Birnbaum said in a release. “Our people roll up their sleeves and stay close to the issues. We are very proud of Tom and Kate for their dedication and effort. We are also grateful to the WLTA for this recognition, and for the important work they do in Wisconsin.”
