Cindy Mills, Williston Financial Group (WFG) senior vice president and regional manager for the company’s Pennsylvania and New Jersey regions, has died following a long bout with cancer.
Mills, 51, passed away at home while surrounded by family on May 26 including her husband and two children.
In addition to work with WFG, Mills was a member of the New Jersey Land Title Association and served as its president from 2020-2021. She was part of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association, serving as president there in 2022 and 2023 and filling its PAC chair seat. Mills also was a member of the American Land Title Association and sat on several committees. She was a graduate of New Jersey’s Audubon High School and Rutgers University.
“She was an incredibly valuable member of our WFG team for many years, and her passion for our industry and its participants was both boundless and contagious,” WFG Chairman Patrick Stone and WFG National Title Insurance Co. Executive Vice President Gene Rebadow jointly stated in a release. “A devoted professional, Cindy truly loved the title industry and was actively involved in leadership, serving as president for both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Land Title Associations until her passing.
“A passionate leader, a devoted friend and colleague, Cindy Mills was an incredible asset to both WFG and our industry and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of working with her. She was a devoted wife, mother, and friend to many, and is survived by her husband Tom and their children, Gracie and TJ. Please join us in holding her family in your thoughts and prayers. Rest in peace, Cindy.”
