Rutledge Claims Management (RCM), Inc. has named Aubrey Gilmore as its chief operations officer, the company announced.
In her new role, Gilmore will be responsible for client retention and satisfaction and overseeing the company’s daily operations and strategic growth.
“Aubrey Gilmore is a natural leader who has demonstrated a knack for doing whatever it takes to ensure our clients receive excellent service,” RCM founder and President Tom Rutledge said in a release. “Over the years, she has helped countless clients recover the insurance funds they were owed at costs they could afford. I am confident in her ability to lead the day-to-day operations of our company and be a major contributor not only to our own success, but to the success of our clients as well.”
Gilmore joined RCM in 2008, starting out in the company’s law office, Rutledge & Associates, Attorneys at Law, APC. Prior to her current role, she served as a claims manager in the company’s San Diego office.
“I’m thrilled to be taking on a new role at a time of tremendous change in the hazard claims industry,” Gilmore said. “As servicers and investors face increasing pressure to mitigate risk and improve efficiency, I look forward to diversifying and expanding our client offerings while continuing to deliver the expertise, service and results that have made RCM a leader in the industry.”
