Republic Title announced its placement as the number two best midsize company to work for, according to The Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places to Work program.
The annual program recognizes and celebrates businesses making North Texas a better place to work. Republic Title has earned a spot on The Dallas Morning News’ Top Workplace list for nine consecutive years.
“This recognition is a result of the hard work of our employees and leadership to create a workplace culture that reflects our values,” said Bo Feagin, president of Republic Title, in a release. “Together, we’re fostering a culture that allows us to deliver the exceptional, responsive customer service we’re known for.”
Ranking is based on confidential employee survey feedback on a variety of topics, including diversity, benefits, ethics, family friendliness, work-life balance, fulfillment and meaningfulness. Employees from more 330 nominated companies were surveyed by The Dallas Morning News’ research partner, Energage LLC.
To continually improve efficiency, Republic Title says it meets regularly with managers to review and enhance best practices, so that the company can continue to provide its employees with opportunities to do their best work.
Earlier this year, Republic Title’s parent company, First American Financial Corp., was named one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For by Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine for the seventh consecutive year.
