RamQuest, Inc. has hired Tom Gomolski as director of the company’s newly formed Customer Experience Team, the company announced.
In his new role, Gomolski will spearhead RamQuest’s initiative to transform its customer service.
“Over the last few years, our customers have enjoyed innovation in our products and technology, but this is only part of the customer experience equation,” RamQuest President Paul Bandiera said in a release. “Tom will be instrumental in the infusion of operational excellence and innovation in the way we deliver our service to round out the overall experience for our customers.”
Prior to joining RamQuest, Gomolski led the quality control and help desk teams at medQ. The company said he has more than 14 years of experience providing software support for customers.
“We are invigorated by this new initiative to reimagine customer experience and ensure that we delight our customers at every touchpoint,” RamQuest’s Chief Product Officer Mary Schuster said.
Shuster, who also oversees the Customer Experience Team, said the initiative includes a new phone system that will integrate directly with Ramquest’s CRM and enable more effective, faster service.
