Patten Title Co. hired Juliana Davila as senior escrow officer and branch manager for the company’s new Memorial office location in Houston. Davila will oversee the office operations, assist customers, and uphold the company’s “Very Intensive Individualized Professional” service standard.
Davila rejoins Patten Title after a year at another title agency as a fee attorney, escrow officer and branch manager. She has 15 years of experience in the title industry, previously working at Patten Title for five years as an escrow officer and at First American and Texas Title.
“We are thrilled to have Juliana rejoin our team and open our new Memorial office location,” Patten Title President Eric Fontanot said in a release. “Her unique background working in the commercial sector as well as residential real estate makes her an incredible value-add to our company. She is also a great coworker and contributes to a positive company culture.”

The Memorial office is the most recent development in Patten’s expansion through Texas. Earlier this year, Patten Title acquired Houston-based Celebrity Title Co. and its branches in Sugar Land and Katy, bringing its total workforce to more than 100 employees across nine branches statewide.
