North American Title Insurance Co. (NATIC) has added Frankie Pavelka to its state agency management team in Texas. Based in Austin, Pavelka will oversee independent agent activities in Central Texas, including securing agents to promote new business activity.
Pavelka comes to NATIC from Qualia, where he managed the company’s industry relations and partnership efforts and supported customer needs throughout the Midwest and Southwest.
“Frankie’s diverse background in sales and account management as well as technology makes him a dynamic addition to the team as we continue to grow our agency partners in Texas,” Ashleigh Spruell, assistant vice president and regional agency manager for NATIC’s Texas region, said in a release.
Pavelka earned his bachelor of science degree in manufacturing from Texas State University. He has extensive sales management experience, having previously managed multimedia sales for a print and digital media publisher, outbound sales for a custom packaging solution manufacturer and customer accounts for an industrial supply chain distributor.
“My previous experience working on the software side of the industry and with real estate professionals in Central Texas on their digital marketing campaigns gives me unique insight into how I can help title agents,” Pavelka said. “While covering 13 states in the Midwest and Southwest for Qualia, I also became familiar with multistate agency operations. Having partnered with NATIC in the past, I appreciated the company’s focus on personal relationships.
