Fidelity National Financial (FNF) has hired Rachel Hollinger Chapman to introduce National Title Insurance of New York, Inc.’s Agency Operation in Georgia.
FNF said Chapman is a fixture in the Georgia real estate industry with a unique skillset encompassing title insurance and 1031 tax deferred exchange expertise.
“We are very fortunate to have Rachel join our Southeast Agency Division and launch the National Title Insurance of NY agency brand in Georgia,” Executive Vice President David Baum said in a release. “Her impressive industry track record and experience will undoubtedly lead to continued growth for FNF.”
Chapman has more than two decades of experience in the title industry, starting in New Mexico as an account executive for direct operations with First American Title. She also launched Old Republic Exchange Co.’s (OREXCO) Southeastern Regional 1031 exchange facilitation operations as its vice president and regional manager.
