Millennial Title recently opened an office in St. Petersburg, Fla., its seventh location. Stephanie Horne, director of business development for Florida, will head the new office.
“Millennial Title has grown from the first office opening in Tampa in 2015 to seven locations today with the opening of our St. Petersburg office,” President Chip Ridge said in a release. Other Millennial Title offices are in Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
“The company’s success is due to our committed team members and loyal clients. We are very excited to have Steph leading our team in St. Petersburg,” Ridge said.
Horne is a licensed attorney in Kentucky and former owner of a title company. She provides a high level of attention to detail to a wide variety of clients, according to the company, and drives positive change and consistent results in business development and strengthens community organizations by engaging in high-quality elected and volunteer board leadership positions.
“I have a passion for caring for clients, offering a high level of responsiveness and concern for accomplishing their needs,” Horne said.
