Bowe Digital was named the No. 12 best Indiana small business. The ranking came as part of a list compiled by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce for the best places to work in Indiana. There were 53 recipients in the small business category, for employers with fewer than 75 employees.
“I wanted to create a work environment that fit into people’s lives and not vice versa,” Bowe Digital owner and Chief Inspiration Officer Wayne Stanley said in a release. “Our team members are free to be their authentic selves in a culture that values trust, care, and innovation.”
The awards recognized 125 employers with the leading workplace cultures in Indiana. The honorees are compiled by the Workforce Research Group and determined through employer reports and employee surveys. The rankings were revealed at an awards ceremony May 12.
Bowe Digital has 18 full-time employees. Since its inception in 2017, the company has been fully remote to allow team members to utilize their creativity to support partners in their marketing endeavors. With unlimited PTO as an added benefit, each team member is free to set a schedule that works for personal and family commitments.
