AmeriTitle promoted Eric Templeton and Richard Hajek Jr. to senior vice presidents.
Templeton’s area of responsibility expanded to include central Oregon counties in addition to his current role of managing operations in the Mid-Willamette Valley and a portion of southern Oregon. His territory now includes 15 branches serving 11 counties.
Templeton joined AmeriTitle in 2000 as the corporate controller at the company’s headquarters in Bend, Ore. He has served as general manager for the Willamette Valley operation and as a vice president. He graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in business administration and an emphasis in financial management.
Eric’s philosophy is, “if you get the company culture right, the rest will take care of itself. You will inevitably have happy employees providing great service to satisfied and loyal customers.”
Hajek, who manages operations throughout Idaho and eastern Oregon, will now also oversee operations within Twin Falls County and Jerome County, Idaho. He is responsible for 11 branches serving 19 counties with a team of approximately 90.
With nearly 19 years of industry experience, Hajek is well respected for his ability to lead, grow market-share, provide efficiencies, and promote a positive culture, according to the company.
