Columbus, Ohio-based Northwest Title has brought on attorney Matt Nolan.
Nolan has been practicing law since 2008, with a focus on real estate development and has experience with every step of the process, from site selection, to purchase agreements and leasing, to planning and zoning matters.
As an attorney with Northwest Law, Nolan will partner with title company teams and clients to support Northwest’s local real estate communities in southwest Ohio. He will also represent legal clients with a variety of needs.
Nolan’s current practice involves representing and consulting with all parties in real property-related matters.
“From first-time residential home buyers to multi-million-dollar commercial developers, Matt has experience supporting clients through many types of real estate transactions. His goal is to ensure clients have the best legal and business advice that can be provided,” Northwest Title stated in a release.
In addition to his law practice, Nolan has served as Warren County (Ohio) auditor since 2014.
