A Florida-based notary and real estate title company, Title Junction, announced the hire of Camme Mongroven as the company's post closer in an effort to boost customer service.

As post closer, Mongroven will be responsible for handling title insurance policies and any issues that may arise after closing. She will handle day-to-day processing to ensure that all the paperwork needed for Title Junction's closings are in order and help keep closings running smoothly.

“We're thrilled to add Camme to our team. She is going to be vital to our follow up customer service,” said Jennifer Ferri, owner of Title Junction.  “The Post Closer position is critical to making sure all the proper forms are in order for a problem free 'after the fact.’”

A life-long Fort Myers resident, Mongroven comes to Title Junction after several years of raising her three children and home schooling them along with her husband. She is a graduate of Florida State University and is active on the board of Young Life of Lee County.

"Camme has demonstrated a strong commitment to community service in Fort Myers which is something we place great value on here at Title Junction. Her capacity for caring and interest in people will serve her, and our clients, well in her new role," Ferri noted.

In the last three years, Title Junction has seen tremendous growth. In 2011, the company relocated to larger office to accommodate this growth. In addition to closing and title services, the agency offers educational classes and seminars on various real estate topics. These sessions are open to the real estate industry and are generally held at the company's business offices in Fort Myers. For sale by owner transactions are also welcomed at Title Junction. Ferri and her staff can provide all of the documents needed in for sale by owner transactions and advise both buyers and sellers of their responsibilities to ensure a successful closing.
