John Magee, founder and chief operating officer of Rockwood Real Estate Advisors, a full-service commercial real estate investment banking firm, has moved on to CW Financial Services, Rockwood’s parent company, as an executive vice president. Magee will support Chief Executive Officer Charles Spetka and the CW Executive Committee on a variety of strategic initiatives.

Rockwood announced that Greg McManus has been tapped to replace Magee as chief operating officer. McManus has been serving as managing director and head of Rockwood's capital markets group since joining the company last year. The appointment of McManus underscores Rockwood's commitment to growth and diversification and follows the execution of strategic initiatives designed to offer a broader scope of services and increase the firm's geographic footprint.

“Greg is the ideal choice to lead this company through the next chapter in its growth, and to capitalize on emerging market opportunities,” said Daniel McNulty, president of Rockwood.

Rockwood Real Estate Advisors is headquartered in New York and has offices throughout the country. CW Financial Services LLC is a vertically integrated commercial real estate debt and equity platform that offers a range of products and services including multifamily lending, servicing, gap equity placement, special servicing, consulting, investment sales and investment management. CW Financial Services employs approximately 460 professionals in 17 offices nationwide.
