RamQuest Inc., a provider of business solutions for the land title industry, announced the release of RamQuest One, its new flagship solution built on the Microsoft .NET platform. According to the company, it offers industry professionals a single automated, fully integrated, title, settlement and escrow accounting solution.

"RamQuest made the strategic commitment several years ago to develop the next generation in title and settlement solutions," said RamQuest President and CEO Mark McElroy. "And while our Complete Closing Suite continues to be the leading solution in the industry, we all know that where your business is today is not where your business will be tomorrow. RamQuest One is the most automated, flexible product in the marketplace. It is not just the power that a title organization needs today, it also lays the foundation that will be necessary to grow and sustain business tomorrow.

"To ensure that our current customers can easily transition to RamQuest One, we will extend a credit for past product licensing to offset the cost of the new product," McElroy continued. "This credit, combined with the conversion utilities and the innovative training options we are putting in place for RamQuest One, will ensure that RamQuest customers are set up for success for many years to come."

Designed for both functionality and flexibility, RamQuest One was built for title and escrow professionals, regardless of the size of the operation, geographic footprint or underwriter affiliation.

According to the company, RamQuest One gives players in the industry the ability to have a custom system that can meet specific business needs without custom programming. RamQuest One also enables flexibility not found in any other product on the market today with features including a new rate engine, customized screens and an architecture designed for easy deployment.

"With the ability to customize the interface based on specific user roles, RamQuest One offers a user experience like no other," the company said in its release. "And with integrated document management, interactive reporting, enhanced online presence and a multitude of bank and third-party integrations all rolled into one application, RamQuest One empowers businesses with effectiveness and efficiency like never before."

RamQuest One is currently being implemented in pilot programs at live title operations across the country.

Upon rollout, RamQuest One will allow the option to adopt leading-edge technology today or to continue to take advantage of the Complete Closing Enterprise suite with the ability to transition to RamQuest One in the future, the company said.
