FNF reports quarterly cash dividend

Fidelity National Financial Inc. a provider of title insurance, mortgage services and restaurant and diversified services, announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share. The dividend will be payable Sept. 28 to stockholders of record as of Sept. 14.

Fidelity’s second quarter earnings report and conference call is taking place July 24 at 11 am.

In June, Fidelity took the podium at the Keefe, Bruyette & Woods 2012 Mortgage Finance Conference to talk about its company strategy and selling points.
