WebTitle Agency and partner companies Cascade Settlement Agency and Customized Lender's Services have relocated their Western New York corporate headquarters.

WebTitle Agency has a team of more than 150 employees moving into 31,000 square feet of space, which is meant to better facilitate the integration of the post-merger company’s three business units. The company also said the relocation will preserve its commitment to the Rochester, N.Y., community with plans to add new jobs to the local workforce.
WebTitle also announced that it will be adding a branch office in a new downtown Rochester location that will focus on walk-in attorney traffic and maintain close proximity to the county clerk, treasurer, City Hall and Surrogate’s Court.
