Old Republic Commercial Due Diligence Services (ORCDDS) announced that Alan Hall has joined the company as national account executive. In this role, he will be responsible for the growth, retention and market delivery of ORCDDS’s extensive commercial due diligence offerings. ORCDDS, formerly known as Old Republic Site Management Services, provides commercial due diligence services nationally through its vendor management platform.
For nearly two decades, Hall has been involved in the commercial real estate business, including owning a brokerage and development company that specialized in retail build-to-suit projects. He also was instrumental in the growth of a national commercial real estate franchise throughout the southern United States by managing its mergers, acquisitions and new franchise sales.
Most recently, Hall served as a qualified intermediary for IRC 1031 tax-deferred exchanges with Old Republic Title’s 1031 Exchange Company. During this time, he also conducted continuing education classes for accountants, real estate brokers and attorneys.
Hall graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a major in marketing and a concentration in real estate. He is a frequent presenter at educational seminars on current commercial due diligence issues.
“Alan’s proven track record in establishing long-term relationships, coupled with his energy and experience, make him a real asset to the company,” stated Daneece Berge, vice president and operations manager, ORCDDS. “We are thrilled to have him as a part of our team and in doing so, look forward to expanding into new market areas.”
