Old Republic Title Insurance Group (ORTIG) sent an announcement that effective immediately its Site Management Services (ORSITE) division, which is a division of the ORTIG’s National Services Group, has changed its name to Old Republic Commercial Due Diligence Services (ORCDSS).
“Changing the division’s name more closely aligns our business unit’s brand with our service offerings,” said Daneece Berge, vice president and operations manager.
ORCDDS provides national commercial due diligence services, including: commercial land surveys, zoning letters and reports, environmental studies, property condition assessments and commercial appraisal services.
“Our team at Old Republic Commercial Due Diligence Services is unique in that no matter if a transaction is one-site, multi-site or covering many states, we are able to serve as the single solution for commercial due diligence products and services across the country,” stated Patrick Connor, executive vice president and manager, national services group.
