It opened for business in South Bend, Ind., to serve the land record data needs of St. Joseph County, Ind. Meridian Title Corp. now celebrates its 75th year in business and has more than 30 offices located in markets throughout Illinois, Indiana and Michigan.
In addition to these statewide operations, Meridian Title has a National Commercial Services Division, located in downtown Chicago, serving nationwide commercial transactions. To facilitate the needs of today’s real estate climate, specialty departments and services also include REO/foreclosure, relocation, short sale and tax sale services.
