Independence Title adds to its staff

With steady growth in the year’s first quarter, Independence Title Inc.’s Fort Lauderdale, Fla., office responds with an expansion of its team adding another licensed title agent to their staff, making that three licensed title agents in all to help fill the needs of a busy marketplace.

Confidently looking forward to even more consistent increase in business the title company welcomes Tracy Quinn to their already impressive staff of licensed title insurance agents.

“Tracy has 11 years worth of experience in this field,” said Kevin Tacher, founder and chief executive officer of Independence Title Inc. “She was formerly my company’s office manager so she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.”

In addition, Quinn uses her integral knowledge of the company to also serve as compliance manager. Her new position will enable her to review title commitments and issue title insurance policies among a myriad of other details. She is appointed with Westcor Land Title Insurance Co. who recently joined forces in a new partnership with Independence Title to allow even more exceptional services to Florida clients.
