Baillie & Hershman P.C. announced that Elton “Bud” Harvey III has been elected chairman of the Connecticut Bar Association Real Property Section for 2013-2014. Harvey has been a member of the Real Property Section Executive Committee since 1994 and has previously served as its secretary and vice chairman. The 2013-2014 chairmanship is effective from July 1 through June 30, 2014.
