Blue Title LLC announced the addition of Lynda Byrd and Sam Hendler to its closing staff. Both Byrd and Hendler have years of experience with real estate closings in Walton County, Fla.
Blue Title was founded in 2005 as a small title company designed to primarily service South Walton County, Fla. While maintaining its mission to offer boutique service, Blue Title has grown tremendously in the last several years. In the last year alone, it has doubled its staff size, remodeled its office space and launched a new website.
“Our goal is not to be the biggest company, but we unashamedly want to be the best,” added Warren Beason, president of Blue Title. “Lynda and Sam share that same desire and we're ecstatic to have them on our team.”
Before the end of the year, Blue Title will launch its own closing cost calculator mobile app, as well as new technology related to closing documentation and online access.
“We've been blessed with clients who trust us with their closings again and again,” Beason said. “Their loyalty has allowed us to grow and we hope to reward them by making each experience even better than their previous closing.”
