Bousquet Holstein PLLC has brought on attorney Jeffrey Davis and paralegals Pamela Martin and Jennifer Pagan to the firm’s real estate group.
Firm leadership said the new hires bring all levels of real estate experience from small vacant lots to high level lakefront properties.
Davis will serve as counsel to Bousquet Holstein on real estate and estate planning and administration matters. He joins the firm after successfully leading his own practice for 40 years in Camillus, N.Y.
Representation from Davis has largely included individual and business real estate matters, estates planning, and administration needs. In addition, he has extensive experience forming LLC’s and trusts for the transfer and ownership of real estate. His practice also works with easements, surveyors, homeowner’s associations, condominiums, leases and related business matters.
Davis worked as an agent for Stewart Title for over 30 years and has served as examining counsel for numerous title companies.
He earned his JD from Syracuse University College of Law and his bachelor of arts from Syracuse University.
Joining Davis in the move to Bousquet Holstein are paralegals Martin and Pagan, who previously worked with him at his private practice.
Martin has more than 25 years of experience with all aspects of real estate transactions and assists with estate proceedings, probate administration, and small estate filings. She earned her paralegal studies degree from Lemoyne College.
Pagan has more than 35 years of experience in title insurance and examination and assists with title reports, obtaining curative, and other real estate transaction matters. She holds a bachelor of science degree in mathematics and economics from Oswego State University of New York.
