Oklahoma-based Apex Title and Closing Services hired a new executive vice president and director of sales who has 20 years of experience in the industry.
He will focus on changes happening in the state concerning licenses for non-resident businesses that are producing new opportunities for Apex Title, according to founder and owner Damon Bedell.
