The American Land Title Association has developed a sample diversity, equity, and inclusion statement that its members can use to help develop their own policy.
The statement reads:

“This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training. Our company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and all other applicable laws.
“We also provide reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities, during the application process and for any employment decisions, to ensure equal opportunities to all.”
