New York-based Gulotta Grabiner recently added attorneys Robert Smith and Christopher Hoelzer to its transactional and mortgage finance practice groups, the company announced.
Gulotta Grabiner said Smith’s focus is the firm’s New York City-area residential real estate transactional practice including condominiums, cooperatives, townhouses, and single-family homes.
“Robert’s reputation as one of the most technically proficient NYC transactional attorneys, coupled with his critical role as a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Committee on Cooperative and Condominium Law, are a great addition to the firm’s transactional practice and bolsters our reputation as a ‘concierge-level’ legal solution,” CEO Christopher Gulotta said in a release.
The firm said Hoelzer’s focus will be increasing its Long Island practice and growing its future offices there. Hoelzer has practiced both real estate and mortgage finance law at recognized Long Island law firms.
“The combination of Chris’ legal skills, Long Island roots and his military-leadership experience and accomplishments will go a long way in strengthening the firm’s Long Island practice, providing both buyer/sellers and lenders alike with the professionalism and personal care they’ve come to expect,” Gulotta said.
