Clear Title Agency of Arizona, a leader in commercial and residential title and escrow services, has launched into 2020 by making a significant investment in the Central City South Neighborhood Revitalization initiative with Habitat for Humanity of Central Arizona. The three-year commitment will serve as a foundation for redevelopment efforts underway in four targeted neighborhoods that are part of the Central City South Community, located just south of Downtown Phoenix.
In addition to founding sponsors of the Central City South Neighborhood Revitalization initiative; The Cowley Family Foundation, Heidi Jannenga Family Foundation, Stearns Bank, the Buuck Family Foundation and the city of Phoenix, Habitat recently welcomed, Clear Title Agency of Arizona.
Clear Title has committed $75,000 over the next three years and will be bringing more than seventy-five volunteers to the effort.

Habitat Board Chairman Chris Owen applauded Clear Title’s involvement.
