eRecording Partners Network (ePN) has expanded its eRecording network in Georgia with the addition of DeKalb County, the company announced.
Debra DeBerry, clerk of Superior Court, DeKalb County, said her team has worked diligently to develop processes that are efficient and cost effective for both the county and community.
“We are excited to announce that we have modernized our real estate document recording services by utilizing both Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority and national eRecording business providers, including eRecording Partners Network,” DeBerry said in a release. “eRecording allows customers to conveniently and securely record all real estate documents, while expediting the turnaround time and reducing overall paper and mailing expenses. The system will be available 24 hours a day.”
Once approved by the clerk’s office, documents electronically submitted for recording are imported into the county’s official records.
“We are grateful for the opportunity to work with DeKalb County as an eRecording business partner,” ePN President Jerry Lewallen said. “Increasing efficiency and productivity within their office is the goal and ePN is excited to be a part of the solution.”
