Chicago-based Landtrust Title Services recently expanded its team with the additional of a director of sales for residential services, the company announced.
Landtrust said it has hired industry veteran Carmen Carbonara, who has 13 years of experience in the residential title insurance industry.
“Carmen is the latest in a series of seasoned professionals we’ve recently brought on to support the long-term growth of Landtrust Title,” President Warren Habib said in a release. “Consumers have come to appreciate her high-level experience and first-class service as well as her passion for customer satisfaction – and we’re confident her talents will take our firm to the next level.”
Carbonara most recently served as a business development officer for Stewart Title Co.
“It’s a privilege to join such a highly respected and experienced team like Landtrust Title,” Carbonara said. “The title business is a relationship one – and I pride myself on my role as an expert collaborator who engages with clients to make each transaction a priority, which contributes to a positive experience.”
