With the addition of Mineral County, Nevada has become the ninth state in nation to implement Simplifile’s eRecording network statewide, the company announced.
“Simplifile welcomes Nevada to the growing roster of states that have embraced eRecording throughout all of their recording jurisdictions,” Simplifile President Paul Clifford said in a release. “While eRecording is available in most major metropolitan areas, jurisdictions of all sizes can benefit tremendously from the efficiency and cost-savings eRecording provides.
“We commend Nevada’s commitment to improving document recording services through technology and hope this can serve as an example to jurisdictions throughout the nation,” Clifford said.
All 17 Nevada counties now eRecord with Simplifile. Nevada joins Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Massachusetts and Oregon in offering eRecording statewide through Simplifile, the company said.
