Simplifile has added 38 recording jurisdictions in 12 states to its eRecording network, the company announced.
The new jurisdictions are in the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and Southeast, Simplifile said.
“As we continue our push to deliver eRecording capabilities to every recording jurisdiction in the U.S., we’ve seen a persistent increase in adoption jurisdictions in the eastern portion of the country,” Simplifile President Paul Clifford said in a release.
“What is particularly striking is that five of the 10 states with the largest number of counties – Georgia, Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina and Tennessee – are all located in this region, thus providing abundant opportunities to expand eRecording access to jurisdictions along the eastern seaboard and throughout the Southeast,” Clifford said.
Simplifile’s eRecording network includes more than 1,900 jurisdictions covering more than more than 80 percent of the U.S. population.
