loanDepot announced that John Bianchi has joined its leadership team as executive vice president (EVP), national sales.
loanDepot said Bianchi has three decades of experience leading nationally recognized sales organizations and in inspiring high performance customer-centric sales cultures, and is widely considered a transformative leader.
“Our commitment to professional loan officers and the retail channel has never wavered,” loanDepot founder and CEO Anthony Hsieh said in a release. "We believe in distributed retail and we want to grow this segment of our business.
“John's hire reconfirms this commitment and positions us to further invest in the tools, products and technology that today’s retail loan officer needs to win,” Hsieh added. “John’s experience and expertise allows us to further focus on creating a sales culture unlike any other in the industry.”
Prior to joining loanDepot, Bianchi served as EVP, national retail lending for Caliber Home Loans. He also previously held sales leadership positions with Bank of America and Countrywide Home Loans.
