LandStar Title Agency has expanded its business development team with the addition of three vice presidents, the company announced.
LandStar, based in New York City, said Joseph Landaverde, Matt Fitzgerald and Michelle Greco all were hired as vice presidents of business development. The company said each will be responsible for further developing commercial and national accounts.
“Investing in the sales side of the business will give the agency the opportunity to get in front of new clients,” President and CEO John Burke said in a release. “Once this is accomplished, the business will surely follow.”
Landaverde has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. He began his career as a real estate agent in 2004. In 2010, he founded Triumphant Title Agency, which was run independently for 10 years until its recent acquisition by LandStar.
Fitzgerald is an experienced senior executive with deep expertise in relationship building, investment management, business development and problem solving. He previously has served as a managing director at SunTrust Bank, Think Equity Partners and Bear Stearns.
Greco previously worked at Commonwealth Land Title in Manhattan. The company said she has built an impressive portfolio of clients through her networking with real estate attorneys, developers and lenders.
