Title365 adds transparency, social networking capabilities in latest update

Advantage Title Inc., providers of title insurance and escrow services, debuted a new release of its Title365.com platform that brings a new level of transparency to the transaction for all parties. This update has a new consumer-facing focus that goes beyond the closing and includes functionality similar to a social networking platform.

Within the company’s Title365.com platform, customers can open and manage orders instantly online in one place thanks to a relationship engine that delivers intelligent, individual-based order routing. This new Title365.com platform enables professionals and consumers alike to securely follow order progression for the first time from start-to-finish via OrderTrac, which provides agile, real-time updates via email and/or text message.

Title365.com customers can research millions of properties, view and obtain recorded documents indefinitely, access integrated aerial mapping for visual searching, pull good faith estimates of title and escrow fees, print and share property reports, connect via social media tools, and much more. Advantage Title believes these tools are more important now and going forward because today's consumer is becoming an engaged participant with their Realtor, mortgage lender, and title and escrow providers during real estate transactions.

Here’s a brief tutorial: Members sign into their personalized Title365.com and are presented with their Dashboard's Activity Stream for immediate viewing of and interaction with everything going on within their Title365 (activity-at-a-glance). Title365.com alerts users to new messages on their main Title365.com menu thereby enabling speedy collaboration directly from their Activity Streams. Staying organized is further simplified because data, documents and communication are technologically aligned across both client and business contact groups.

Title365.com brings the efficiency and convenience of social media tools to settlement service. Users can create new discussions with connected members and comment on posts, which can serve as a tool to educate buyers, sellers and borrowers. As well, lenders, Realtors, mortgage brokers and home-industry experts can personalize their Title365.com profile, highlighting their professional experience to seamlessly engage customers and cement loyalty-rich relationships at every phase of the real estate transaction.
