Old Republic International Corp. announced new appointments to its Office of the CEO (OCEO), Old Republic General Insurance Group’s OCEO and Old Republic National Title Holding Co.’s Board of Directors, all effective July 1.
Carolyn Monroe, president and CEO of Old Republic National Title, and Jeff Lange, senior vice president and chief operating officer of Old Republic General Insurance, have been appointed to Old Republic’s senior policy-making OCEO.
Rande Yeager, retiring executive chairman of Old Republic National Title effective June 30, has been appointed to Old Republic National Title’s board of directors as a non-executive director.
Stephanie Richard, deputy chief financial officer of Old Republic International, and Veronica Romano, senior vice president –underwriting and distribution of Old Republic General Insurance, have been appointed to Old Republic General Insurance’s senior policy-making OCEO.
