The 2023 Association for Title Information Management (ATIM) Excel Conference kicks off Wednesday at the Kimpton Palamar in the heart of downtown Philadelphia.

Jeffrey Bates, CEO of D. Bello, along with Matt Younkle, co-founder and CEO of Pythonic Corp., will speak on title production, touching on “who wins” in regard to in-house production, outsourcing or use of artificial intelligence (AI).
Also on Thursday, City of Philadelphia Commissioner of Records James Leonard will explain how counties can prevent fraud and Karen Koogler from The Koogler Group will go over affordable housing initiatives.
Thurdsay closes with WFG Executive Chairman and CEO Patrick Stone offering his thoughts on the current real estate market and “where we go from here.”
Friday includes Nathan Schrauben, chief technology officer, Amrock; David Burner, director of business development and partnerships, Grid151; and Michael Williams, principal technologist, Limelyte Technology Group, discussing how to connect new technology with title production.
Agents National Title Insurance President and CEO David Townsend caps the speaker docket with “a look under the hood” of what’s happening in the title industry, from government and industry regulation to changing trends.
