Title Alliance named Jan Kailey-Boyle as general manager of Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada. She will oversee all joint ventures in the states and have ultimate accountability for profit and loss within the states.
“We are thrilled to have Jan step into this new position and play a vital role on our leadership team,” Title Alliance Chief Strategy Officer Lindsay Smith said in a release. “Jan’s extensive background in title and escrow, operations management and corporate compliance roles prove that she was the right fit for this essential role in the rapidly growing West Coast companies we operate. I am excited to watch someone as knowledgeable as Jan ensure we are providing operational excellence, reinforce our TA Way culture, and provide our team members with the tools to continue to find success.”
Kailey-Boyle joined the Title Alliance team in late February 2022 with more than 30 years of title industry experience in escrow, operation management and technical support. She managed a regional closing branch where her corporate closing support department team provided technical and operational support to the escrow operations of a 52-branch title and escrow company. She also held multiple vice president and management positions at title and escrow companies.
Prior to joining the team at Title Alliance, Kailey-Boyle served as training manager and escrow officer where she would identify training and development needs and drive training initiatives.
“I’m thrilled to take on this new role with Title Alliance and have the opportunity to bring my experience and expertise to our West Coast teams,” she said. “I want to help the Arizona and New Mexico offices continue their success and make a name for Title Alliance in Nevada.”
