Illinois-based Morreale Real Estate Services, which provides national title and closing services, acquisition and inventory management services and accounting services to the corporate relocation and mortgage industry, has partnered with Pythonic on a new routing solution for payoff documents that has automated 98 percent of the workflow.
“Working with Pythonic to streamline our document routing process has paid huge dividends in our office,” Morreale Real Estate Services Chief Operating Officer Aaron Raffel said in a release. “The ability for us to have documents routed properly with critical data extracted, and placed properly in our system, is something that we didn’t think was possible without Pythonic’s involvement. The team that Pythonic has assembled is top notch and has become an extension of our IT team.”
Pythonic’s AI applications automate extraction of data from real estate documents as well as the review process.
“Morreale Real Estate Services has a strong vision for automation, and Pythonic is proud to be a key partner of bringing that vision to life,” Pythonic CEO Matt Younkle said. “We look forward to delivering additional machine-learning-powered services to Morreale Real Estate Services in the coming months.”
