RamQuest’s Closing Market digital network is now integrated with Chattanooga, Tenn.-based SIGNiX’s remote online notarization (RON) platform. The integration will give RamQuest customers access to a solution that allows them to transform traditional in-person notary processes into a completely remote operation using audio and visual technology.
“RamQuest is happy to be partnering with SIGNiX to provide this innovative service to our customers. We’re confident that this new experience will securely simplify the digital closing experience,” RamQuest Vice President of Integrations Jay Gardner said in a release.
“In addition to our existing digital signature integration with RamQuest’s Closing Market, we are extremely excited for the new RON integration and the efficiencies it will provide users,” SIGNiX Vice President of Real Estate and Strategic Partnerships Kevin McGuire said. “Documents and signer information flow directly into SIGNiX to perform the RON, and when the RON signing is complete, the documents auto’magically’ upload and save into the appropriate file in Closing Market. Big time saver.”
SIGNiX’s RON solution allows notaries and their clients to notarize documents using audio and video technology in concert with the company’s digital signature technology. Instead of using paper documents with “wet” signatures that can be tampered with, RON technology provides secure digital documents with embedded legal evidence and fraud protection.
“I am very excited about the integration within RamQuest’s Closing Market and the time it will save us. RON has been a great feature to use, and the SIGNiX platform has been awesome,” RamQuest customer Tayler Tibbetts from Empire Title & Escrow Idaho said.
