Title Alliance named Kelly Cartlidge as director of people and HR. She will oversee the department of human resources where she will collaborate with teams, maintain employee relations and cultivate company culture.

Cartlidge joins Title Alliance with a background in leadership within the commercial and Department of Defense sectors. Prior to joining the company, she served as an HR manager, where she established operational policies and procedures and made any necessary modifications based on analysis of operations, demographics and other research information.
