Doma Title Insurance named Brian Johnson as agency manager for the state of Minnesota. In his new role, Johnson supports and nurtures Doma’s existing title agent customers and will add to the company’s growing network across Minnesota.
“Brian’s background in both the title insurance and mortgage industries gives him a unique perspective that will well serve our independent agents in Minnesota,” Doma Vice President and Strategic Agency Manager Michael Holden said in a release. “He has a proven track record of helping companies grow their market share through innovative product development, sales and marketing strategies, driving operational efficiencies, establishing customer relationships and mergers and acquisitions.”
Johnson previously served as head of strategy and business development at Title Services Group. He also served as vice president of a large, regional title insurance agency, as managing member of a title agency spinoff in Minnesota, as branch manager for a large mortgage banker and as co-owner of his own mortgage firm.
“As a driven title services leader with a successful track record of driving revenue through market fluctuations, I am eager to drive growth and deliver value to Doma title agents in Minnesota,” Johnson said. “I will apply my title and mortgage industry expertise to help our agents build effective working relationships with their customers and kickstart their growth through innovation and operational best practices.”
He is a licensed title insurance producer and real estate broker in Minnesota and works from a field office in the Twin Cities.
